In the first stanza shown, Somebody called on Welder to fix "tiny leak," but "forgot [to] tell" him something. Somebody was distracted with "what talking." But when Somebody was "syncing" with Welder, telling him about how with "one scan" he'd found the "tiny leak," he realized that he was the problem. That is what he forgot to tell. And so Welder had to fix Somebody.
